The DNIS Maps Master File report returns a listing of DNIS values and to which dealer they are assigned.
DNIS (Dialed Number Identification Service) is a feature that identifies the specific phone number dialed by a caller, allowing businesses to route calls based on the number dialed. DNIS maps are configurations that match specific dialed numbers to predetermined actions or destinations, helping to efficiently manage incoming call routing.
Report Parameters
- MonGrp (Monitoring Group) - Filters the report results to those within the specified Monitoring Group(s).
- Dealer ID - Filters the report results to the dealer, or dealers, selected.
- Receiver Line Prefix - Returns the values for the prefix, or prefixes, selected.
