Master File Reports

The Master File section of Reports contains reports to produce all data related to the Manitou system. The most common report run in this section is the Customer Master File report.

Access Control Card Formats - Lists the card formats available for Access Control.
Accounting Companies - Lists the Accounting Companies linked to the Manitou data.
Agency Master File - Returns the record details of the Agency, or Agencies, selected.
Application Types - Lists the system application services that make up Manitou.
Audio - Lists the Audio Types available in Manitou.
Authority Master File - Returns the record details for the Authority, or Authorities, selected.
Branch Master File - Returns the record details for the Branch, or Branches, selected.
Cities - Returns a listing of the cities listed in Manitou.
Class Codes - Returns a listing of the Class Codes in Manitou.
Contact Point Types - Returns a listing of the Contact Point Types (Phone, Email, Web address, etc.) in Manitou.
Control Center (Monitoring Company) Master File - Returns the record details of the Control Center, also known as Monitoring Company.
Control Panels - Returns a listing of the Control Panels in use in Manitou.
Countries - Returns the countries in use in Manitou.
Customer Master File - The most commonly used report, returns the record details for the Customer, or Customers selected.
Dealer Master File - Returns the details for the Dealer, or Dealers, selected.
DNIS Maps - Returns a listing of DNIS (Dialed Number Identification Service) values and to which dealer they are assigned.
Event Categories - Returns the Event Categories, and parameters related to them, in Manitou.
Event Codes- Returns the Event Codes, and the parameters related to them, in Manitou.
Event Maps - Returns the Event Maps, and the parameters related to them, in Manitou.
Global Holidays - Lists the Global Holidays configured in Manitou for each country selected.
Global Keyholder Master File - Returns the Global Keyholder data for the person, or persons, selected.
GPS Transmitters - Lists the GPS enabled transmitters in Manitou.
Group Codes - Returns a listing of the Group Codes in Manitou.
Locales - Lists the languages used in Manitou.
Monitoring Groups - Lists the names and descriptions of the Monitoring groups in use in Manitou.
Monitoring Types - Lists the services used on customer records. These services are also linked to accounting when the company is licensed and linked to an accounting system.
Output Device Types - Lists which output devices are in use for sending data out of Manitou.
Permit Types - Returns the Permit Types available for use when adding permits to customer records. These are restricted to one per Authority type and country.
Post Codes - Returns the Zip/Postal codes for the country selected.
Receiver Line Prefixes - Lists the prefixes assigned to Manitou.
Receiver Types - Returns the available Receiver Types for use in Manitou and their details.
Receivers - Listing of the company's receivers and their details.
Regions - Returns the states, provinces, or related regions based on the country.
Resolution Codes - Lists the resolution codes and details of the resolution codes in Manitou.
Reverse Channel Routes - Returns a listing of the routes used to manage Reverse Commands.
Script Messages - Returns the listing of the Manitou configured Script messages.
Service Provider Device Types - Returns the details of each selected output device types.
Subtypes - Returns the details of the selected Subtypes.
Temporary Comments - Returns the temporary comments on the record(s) and type(s) selected.
Time Zones - Lists the time zones available in Manitou and their status.
Transmitter Protocol Formats - Returns the selected formats used for the Event Maps.
Transmitter Types - Lists the available Transmitter Types in Manitou.
User Groups - Returns the User Groups available in Manitou.
Users - Provides the list of Manitou User records.
Window Codes - Returns the listing of Open/Close time frames, known as Window codes.
Workstation Groups - Returns the groupings of Workstations, when available, in Manitou.
Workstations - Returns the listing of Workstations authorized in Manitou.
