Central Stations - Please note! When you offer your dealers the ability to add accounts within BoldNet, the Dealer or the Monitoring Company record MUST have Transmitter ID Ranges.
If your Dealer has a Transmitter ID range applied to a Receiver Line prefix, any new accounts will compare to that range.
If they don't have a range, or the dataset was such that there is potential overlap or conflicts, it may behoove you to create large ranges for each prefix in your system to ensure users may add accounts within BoldNet.
