As a Monitoring Company user, logging into BoldNet with appropriate privileges, users may add standard color schemes and provide permissions for Dealers to apply their own branding.
Editing Central Station Branding and Enabling Dealers
- Log into BoldNet using a user created on the Monitoring Company Contact List.
- Load the Monitoring Company Record - 🏛️icon from shortcuts, or hamburger icon (≡) then Maintenance, and Monitoring Company.
- Click Upload to add a Company Logo - Logos should be transparent PNG files 400px/100px. Other sizes may work but they will adjust to fit within the space.
- Expand the Color options to set the Company and Customer default colors. These colors are the default users see when they log into BoldNet.
- If using Enhanced Notifications, enter any required header and alternate text information necessary.
- Within the Options Section select the appropriate
- If allowed, enable the Dealers can customize their personal theme option.
- If allowed, enable the Customers can customize their personal theme option.
- Within the Dealers Allowed Branding, select the Dealers that you are allowing to do their own logos and branding.
- When all is set as expected. Save (💾) the Monitoring Company record.
Dealer Branding
Dealers, with permissions, may customize their own branding. The user must be on the Dealer's Contact List and have the appropriate permissions to do so.
- Log into BoldNet using a user created on the Dealer Contact List.
- Load the Dealer Record linked to this User - F10 on the keyboard or use hamburger icon (≡) then Maintenance, and Dealer.
- Click Upload to add a Dealer Logo - Logos should be transparent PNG files 400px/100px. Other sizes may work but they will adjust to fit within the space.
- Expand the Color options to set the Company and Customer default colors. These colors are the default users see when they log into BoldNet.
- If using Enhanced Notifications, enter any required header and alternate text information necessary.
