Dealer Billing Rate Tables

Understanding Rate Tables

There is a lot of flexibility within the Dealer Billing rate tables. It is not necessary to have different billing codes for each level and maintain that information manually on customer records. A Rate table may contain limits and dollar amounts at each limit. The Base price is the charge at the first level (up to that number) the Additional price is charged after that level is met.

For example:

The red column is not an element of the rate table within Manitou but it is there to demonstrate the ranges of customers (or whatever one is counting) beginning and top end.

If all customers are billed at the lower rate, at each new level, then just simply enter the base rate counting all previous customers at the new lower rate.
