Customer User Defined Fields

The Customer User Defined Fields are created within the Supervisor Workstation number the System Options.  

These global items are company-based tracking items that do not directly relate to the alarm monitoring software use and functions.  

This information is accessible for reporting and even in Action Patterns.  If the site is UL, and the monitoring company holds keys to the monitored location, the Customer User Defined value of CS Holds Keys must be enabled on the UL account record.
