The Alarm Handling - Defer action sends the alarm on screen back to the alarm queue.
- Normal - Returns the alarm to the queue with no restrictions.
- To Auto Client - Returns the alarm to the queue for the Auto Client to do any automated actions.
- To Operator - Directs the defer to a specified operator.
