The Authority Master File report returns the record details for the Authority, or Authorities, selected.
Report Parameters
- Authority ID - The authority, or range of authorities, to include in the report.
- Authority Name - Lists the authority, or authorities, name for the record(s) selected.
- City - The City, or range of cities, to find the authority(ies) to include in the report.
- State - The State, or range of states, to find the authority(ies) to include in the report.
- Suppress Passwords - Recommended - removes the passwords configured in Manitou from the report.
- Page Breaks - Inserts page breaks between Agencies.
Options
The Report Options allows the inclusion, or exclusion, of the sub-reports, contact list types, and authority types, to filter and produce a succinct report.
