Activity Reports
Activity Reports collect information based on the alarms and signals presented to Manitou.
Maintenance Reports
Maintenance Reports relate to the customer data including Access Control, Audit Trail, Billing, Account Addition and Deletion, and Permits.
Master File Reports
Master File reports produce data on all the available records in Manitou. For example, the Customer Master File is a printout of the Customer record.
System Reports
System Reports collect information related to the operations.
Custom Reports
Custom Reports collect customized details related to specific operational needs. For example, if a site bills for excessive signaling, the Custom section contains the Customer Signal Count and Generator.
