When sites integrate with the SedonaOffice accounting system, there are a few things to understand.
SedonaOffice contains Customer, Site, and System values that Manitou links to the Site and System levels as Manitou Customer and Manitou System Transmitter IDs.

For those sites linking their Manitou system in a bulk fashion, they will use the SedonaLinker. Within the SedonaLinker, there are three options.
- Site to Site number - Manitou Customer ID 1234 = SITE Number in SedonaOffice 1234 (CS Linking).
- Single System Alarm Account - System ID = TX ID in Manitou.
- System Alarm Account - System Record in SedonaOffice (Alarm SYSTEM Account = Manitou Customer ID).
