If for any reason, such as an error, you need to re-open a Maintenance Issue, you may re-open it.
- Locate the Resolved Issue - Instructions for finding and filtering Maintenance issues are found here.
- Select the issue to re-open.
- Select Re-open.
This commits the formerly resolved issue to unresolved.
