The Standard Dashboard displays, when available, the user's Recent Customers and Recent alarm Customers.
Recent Customers
The last 10 customer records opened for view or editing list in the Recent customers section of the Standard Dashboard.
When selected here, the customer record loads to the Customer Details.
Recent Alarm Customers
If the user processes alarms, the last 10 alarm customers load into the dashboard.
When selected here, the customer record opens to the Customer Activity Log.
Clearing Recent Customers or Alarm Customers
Users may clear out their last viewed items by clicking the eraser icon.
