Default Person Types (Manitou Database)

This article details the numbers associated with the person types in Manitou. The Default person type on a customer record is Keyholder (1).

#	Description
0	Contact – A person with access to the site. May or may not have a key or password.
1	Keyholder – A person with access to the site and may respond to the location in the event of an alarm.
2	Technician – A person responsible for the troubleshooting and maintenance of an alarm system.
3	Agent – A person with access to the site who may be a responsible person for a company that also has access to the site.
4	Janitor – A person who will access the site to provide cleaning services to a site.
5	Person – Any general person with access to the site but may not have specific responsibility for responding to alarms.
100	ECV - Enhanced Call Verification person. Works like a Keyholder.
