Default Person Types

This article details the numbers associated with the person types in Manitou. The Default person type on a customer record is Keyholder (1).
# | Description | 0 | Contact – A person with access to the site. May or may not have a key or password. | 1 | Keyholder – A person with access to the site and may respond to the location in the event of an alarm. | 2 | Technician – A person responsible for the troubleshooting and maintenance of an alarm system. | 3 | Agent – A person with access to the site who may be a responsible person for a company that also has access to the site. | 4 | Janitor – A person who will access the site to provide cleaning services to a site. | 5 | Person – Any general person with access to the site but may not have specific responsibility for responding to alarms. |

It is possible to add additional person types to the Manitou system. See your monitoring company for additional types added.
