The Access Control Card Lookup report returns the Access Control cards listed in Mantiou. This is used specifically for accounts licensed for Access Control and has Access Control data housed in Manitou.
This requires Access Control Licensing and linking of Access Control details in Manitou.
Report Parameters
- Customer ID - Which customer, or customers, to include in the report. Please note that the report server searches the database numerically if you are searching for a range.
- Customer Name - Which Customer Name, or Names, to locate. This is rarely used alone and will load with the customer name values after selecting the Customer ID.
- Dealer ID - Which dealer, or dealers, to include.
- Branch ID - Which branch, or branches, to include.
- Group Code - Which Group code, or codes, applied to accounts, to include.
- Class Code - Which Class code, or codes, applied to the accounts, to include.
- Last Access - Range of dates to look for the items.
- Monitoring Status - Which accounts to include. Active, Inactive, Deactivated, or Pending.
- Group By - How to return the results.
- None -Default - No specific grouping.
- Dealer - Returns the results grouped by the Dealer(s).
- Branch - Returns the results grouped by the Branch(es).
- Order By - How to order the results.
- Customer ID - Orders the results based the the customer ID.
- Customer Name - Orders the results alphabetically by the Customer Name.
Advanced
The advanced selection allows filtering by address or Company User-Defined fields.
