The Permit Expiration report returns any accounts with an expiration date within the time frame defined.
This does not list expired permits that are currently expired. This report returns the accounts that have an expiration date or, when enabled, between the dates listed.
Report Parameters
- Customer ID - Which customer, or customers, to include in the report. Please note, that the report server searches the database numerically if you are searching for a range.
- Customer Name - Which Customer Name, or Names, to locate. This is rarely used alone and will load with the customer name values after selecting the Customer ID.
- Dealer ID - Which dealer, or dealers, to include.
- Branch ID - Which branch, or branches, to include.
- Group Code - Which Group code, or codes, applied to accounts, to include.
- Class Code - Which Class code, or codes, applied to the accounts, to include.
- Authority ID - Which authority, or authorities, to include.
- Expiration Date - Sets the time period to look for the expiration dates that fall within that date.
- Authority Types to Include - Filters the report results to the selected authority type(s).
- Customer Types to Include - Filters the report results to the customer type(s) required.
Options
The Options allow the selection of grouping, ordering, or monitoring status details.
Advanced
The advanced selection allows the filtering by address or User Defined fields.
