The Maintenance Report section contains the reports that apply to account and system maintenance. The reports available in Manitou under Maintenance Reports are:
- Access Control Card Lookup—This report lists the cards listed in Manitou and is used specifically for accounts licensed for access control. Access control data is housed in Manitou.
- Access Control Cards / Pins—These are Used specifically for accounts licensed for Access Control and have Access Control data housed in Manitou. This report lists the cards with the PIN details.
- ASAP Validate - Used for companies licensed for ASAP to PSAP automated notifications to the responding Authorities. Bulk validation of customers with The Monitoring Association (TMA) ASAP re-transmission to authorities.
- Audit Trail - Reports on the edits made to records within Manitou.
- Billing Reconciliation - Produces a list of customers that have inconsistent billing setup information between SedonaOffice and Manitou. This requires SedonaOffice licensing and integration.
- Customer Add/Del - The Customer Add/Delete report lists the accounts added and removed within the time frame defined. Deletion includes any status changes from Active to Inactive or Deactivated.
- Customers with Transmitter Type - Lists the accounts based on the Transmitter Type(s) selected.
- Maintenance Issues - Returns all Maintenance issues based on the parameters set.
- Permit Exception - Notes any accounts that have an exception regarding the requirement of the account's applied Authority and the lack of a permit on the customer record.
- Permit Expiration - Lists any accounts with an expiration date within the time frame defined. This does not list expired permits that are currently expired.
- Where Used on Contact List - This report helps companies find what accounts list the specified entities.
